Was running late this morning and managed to cook my eggs too hard. I ate a
few bites but couldn't stomach the rest- I really cannot stand fried eggs
unless the yolk is running some. I thought, no problem, I'll just pick up
several orders of bacon and sausage at the cafeteria, thats enough fat to
hold my appetite until lunch time. Well, I was so busy at work I never had
time. I had packed a salad to eat with whatever meat the caf cooked for
lunch. Today our choices were Beef Fritters or chicken/dumplings on the hot
bar. The salad bar line had fried and baked chicken legs, french fries,
corn nuggets. I thought ok, I'll get the baked chic to go with my salad.
Managed to get one small leg down( and these legs were between the size of a
regular leg and a wing drummette), but it tasted so horrible I couldn't get
the others down. So I had a spoon of peanutbutter about 230 p. The supper
trays were a repeat of lunch, nothing I could eat if I had had time to eat
anyway.
So all day I had like a half of an egg, 2 cups salad, 1 very small chicken
leg, and 1 T peanut butter. I have been dizzy all afternoon, and still had
to run like normal. Didn't get to drink anything either. So on the way
home I stopped at Wendy's and waited in line for 15 minutes to order a
triple cheeseburger and a large diet coke. I threw the bun away and am
surely enjoying it right now. And I am going to bed right now with a huge
glass of water beside my bed, so if I wake up during the night I can get
some fluids in me.
