  1. I was wondering if it's ok that my tires pretty worn on the spot I turn
on, or if I should do something about this to turn the tire, and how.
    Thank you.

  2. Yeah, you should rotate your tire and start wearing out a different
spot. (I raised an eyebrow the first time I heard of rotating tires on
unicycles 😉 ) There are two ways to do it.

    1. Deflate the tire and slide it around the rim. Be careful of the
tube, since it should stay where it is, and make sure the stem is still
    sticking out straight afterwards.

    2. Remove the cranks and reinstall them 90 degrees from where they
    were.

I prefer the first method, because I don't like to mess with my cranks
if I don't have to and risk making them loose. Also, if you just move
the tire, you can rotate it just an eighth of a turn and wear out 8
spots instead of just 4 to make it last that much longer.

But you have to remember which direction you rotated (if you do it in
time so you can't just see it), or make a note about it (and then lose
    the note).

Alternatively, you can rotate the first time over 90 degrees (any
direction), the second time over 45 degrees (any direction) and the
third time over 90 degrees (any direction).
