So im having some trouble putting some new tires on my wheels. Im running a 700c wheel and had 700x23c tires on it at first. I got some new 700x25c tires and wanted to see how they would feel. When i got the tires on, my front wheel holds the tire just fine but my rear wheel doesnt do so well. The tire fits just fine but when i get out and start riding, the tube decides to start coming out a bit which is caused by the wheel and tire not being completely snug. Whats going on? Is it the tire? Is it my wheel? Note, when running my original tires, everything is fine.
