Eh? 700x23 and 700x23c? If your wondering about the 'c' at the end, don't. Some people use the c, others don't. Same tyre whether you use a c or not.

700 tires used to come in B, C and D sizes, though the B and D have become obsolete. Like shannons dad said the 'c' may or may not be used now. For more info have a look at this site
