Times Libel Action?

  1. The trial was scheduled to start on 11/7/05 but apparently has not. People
    in the UK have not been able to find the case on the court trial docket and
    rumor in the UK has it that Armstrong is looking to settle. Jeff,
    anyone--information?

    Good question. I don't know if any studies have been done on that. In my
    experience, it's often a mutual desire, particularly as the parties go down
    Discovery Road. :-)

    I've been told that the trial has been pushed back to March, 2006.
