  1. Hi,

I'm a beginner to serious cycling and would like to have a few ideas on some goals I should set to let me know how I compare to others.

Basically, it would be great to have referral times for beginners/intermedite/advanced for several distances such as 10, 20, 50, 100 KM.... or anything else you feel would be important to compare with.

I ride on mostly flat terrains.

    Thanks !!!

  2. [i dont believe there is a set time being wind terrain ect
affects speed, just ride as fast as you can for as long
as you can a few days a week, i myself try to stay
above 20 mph, and ride 1.5 - 2.5 hours a day good luck.
