Does anyone here have experience with a really tight Ultegra bottom bracket on a new(ish) bike. Do you need to "break them in".

From another forum,if this is what you are referring to it might help.
I had the same experience as some of the posters from this thread with my 06 105 crank, I think it may have loosened up a little in 3500kMs
