Tiagra Shifting

the season I seem to be having problems with my upshifts from about the 4th
to 9th cogs - way late - especially when going down hills. It doesn't do
this on the bike stand. >><BR><BR>

I would look at new inner wires and 5mm housing and flush the levers with the
STI repair kit, WD-40 followed by a thin lube.

Is it time for a new derailleur? Is it the triple that is slowing these

Try to get the top pulley closer to the block by chain length or mech
setting or wheel position.
