  1. I am about to convert my roadbike from an RSX triple
chainset to a Tiagra double so need a new bottom bracket.

I am probably going for the Un 52/53, however looking at
www.wiggle.co.uk this seems to come in a bewildering array
of axle widths and shells (threads?). Could anyone advise
which one I need please, the frame has an English thread.

Thank you in advance for any advice.

    See: sheldonbrown.combbsize

Tiagra double wants a 68 x 110, very common size.
