  1. Hi everybody!

I have problems with my throat.

After talk about 2hrs front a grour of people, my throat is blocked
and I cannot speak anymore til 5 or 10 mins. I can breathe perfectly,
but I cannot emit any sound. Also, I feel a little jab in my throat.
This is the second time this happens.

I suspect that your particular style of speaking is mechanically irritating
your vocal cords. Voice lessons might help; there are actually voice
coaches who specialize in training commodity traders, lawyers, etc. in how
    not to abuse their larynxes.

You are overusing your voice. Speech therapy can help, and use a
    microphone instead of shouitng.
