This is what I eat for breakfast most Fall/Winter mornings; What do you think--too much fruit/sugar? --is that even possible?
75g steel-cut Irish oatmeal seeds of 1 large pomegranate (~200g) 50g cranberries 1 medium-sized orange ~30g avocado 8 oz. organic skim milk 1 cup of green tea

Uh, I dunno--tastes great s'pposed to be healthy too; you don't like pomegranates?
