I decided to give this a try, since it was only a tenner, and bought
    the
eBook.. it's an 88 page PDF and the writing style is actually very
    good. It
seems to be very thorough, up to date, modestly presented, fits in with
    much
of the various nutritional books and web articles I've read before,
    doesn't
make lots of bold claims, etc.

The approach is that of a "toxic overload" one, which is no doubt
    familiar
to any sufferrer that has done any kind of research into CFS and
    general
nutritional practises, ie: it brings together all the stress &
    psychological
components, oxidative stress, poor nutrition, heavy metals, etc etc.

However, then it gets to the cure side of things.. it starts by
    explaining
various tests that you could have done (hair, blood, urine for
    detecting
heavy metals, mineral imbalances, food intolerances etc). It also seems
    to
recommend getting various tests done via your doctor and specialists..
    but
it covers lots of tests and I couldn't quite gather whether he was
recommending getting all of them done. If he was then that's one hell
    of a
lot of tests, persuading of GPs, probably months and a not
    insignificant
amount of money (he kept mentioning his Harley St consultant - isn't
    that
some kind of top private clinic or sth? ie: presumably expensive?).

After that, there's what is basically a detox plan. 3-4 months of
    following
a low carb diet and taking a detox supplement regime work. He doesn't
    really
get much more specific about the diet, and recommends a book written by
someone else, but I guess you could work it out easily enough. The
supplement regime he does give detail and dosage info about, and it's
probably the supplement regime to end all supplement regimes! It
    consists of
over 20 different supplements aparently costing between £10-30 each
    (and
also one that costs about £150!!) and from about 10 different
    companies,
many in the states. He mentions this all rather casually, but I reckon
    if
you had a few of those tests done and took all those supps you'd be
    looking
    at about £700!!

So, my conclusion is that it's a genuine enough document/site, and it
    may
well work to some degree, but you've have to be pretty well off to give
    it a
    go!

  2. I didn't pursue it due the expense/complexity of it. Also, I think my
stomach is a bit sensitive because whenever I take more than a couple of
different supplements at a time it causes irritation.
