  1. Hi

All this talk about pavement bike riders and stealth riders has made me pay attention this week to
the behavior of some of the bike riders I pass on my commute. So far this week I have spotted ,

-The standard stealth cyclist, Black / dark clothes no lights. -The safety aware stealth cyclist, as
standard but wears a helmet. -The energy efficent stealth cyclist as standard but has front and rear
lights fitted but only switches on the rear ones. -The double mobile stealth cyclist as standard but
also uses a mobile phone while on the move.

But my favourite was the one last night -The double bike energy efficent pavement hopping stealth
cyclist. This was a standard stealth cyclist with front and rear lights fitted, rear only lit who
was riding along the pavement while steering/towing a second bicyle with his right hand, he then
proceeded to hop off the pavement on to the busy main road to avoid a number of drive ways,
proceeded along the road about 150m, at a junction he got back on the pavement, when I passed him (
I had slowed down to watch him) the second bike hit a small hole and he almost lost it.

    anything quite that weird/
