    Boquerones (marinated anchovies)
    Roasted chiles stuffed with salt cod

    Smoked brisket
    Pork ribs 2 ways (carne adovada style and a regular dry rub)
    Lamb sausage
    Grilled chicken

    ========
    Vinegar-based potato salad
    Garlic cole slaw
    Sauteed greens
