  1. I was taking care of my kids when I lost track of time and realized I
had to make dinner for people coming over. I found a chicken cordon
bleu recipe online, which was fast to cook, but more importantly I had
all the ingredients ( well I substituted the mozzarella cheese with
another cheese spread I had). Either
way it turned out to be very tasty. Just so you can have it:

    'Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe'

The couple friends who came over thought it turned out amazing, and
couldn't stop complimenting me on my cooking. do you have a recipe that
doesn't take very long cook but makes an outstanding impression on taste
    buds??

People seem to really like the chickpea gravy I cook, especially
    with mashed potatoes.

It's Isa Chandra Moskowitz's recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance.
She doesn't seem to have it on her website, but I'll write and ask
her if she minds if I post it.
