    Interesting read. Thanks. Hopefully, people know by now that lactic acid is not responsible for DOMS.

    I'm still waiting for that magic pill myself. It may not be all that far away.

    That is not new. Lactic acid has long been aquitted as the cause of DOMS.

    The real significance of this study is the confirmation that there is a scientific basis for the practice of sprint training during the build up to a race. 😉
