  1. I just changed the aft of my seat and was wondering if anyone else had a big change in performance? I am training for a sprint race and was out `running` hill sprints the day before I had a mock run of my race and completely blew away my previous time.
Either it was the `power tilt` or it was the sprint training (I mean actually running sprints on foot because I also play other sports).

I intially tried the `tilt` to get my ass to stay back on the saddle...and now I may never go back...

I ride mostly hills and find I can really push harder.

Are there any adverse effects this may have on distance?

I would love to hear about your experiences!

Are you saying the nose of your saddle now points up?? I know some guys who think this is better.....but I'm obsessed with kepping mine level. I don't need any extra pressure points in that area!!

  3. Yes, my saddle now points slightly upward in the front. I find this has helped me get better positioning on my saddle and I actually get LESS saddle sores!

I dont know how well it will work for you but after cruising home last night over 40kmphs I wont go back...

  4. you should try and find one of those Concor saddles from the early 90s with the ramp at the back....I think Eros Poli was a big fan.

Now they defnitely do help with getting the power down when seated.
