I've used it, but didn't care much for it. It's OK (but, just), as a
"coach". You can create goals and then it plans your training for them.
But, the training plans are mostly common sense - start off slow, increase
mileage as time goes on, mix in intensity with endurance and some specifics
(e.g., high cadence). Nothing you won't find in most decent training books
    (Friel, Carmichael).

The main reasons I no longer use it are:

    1) Terrible user interface
It's poorly designed and hard to use. As a ride log, it sucks. Analyzing
your past performance is difficult - even simple things like "how many miles
have I ridden this year" are difficult, if not impossible, to find.

    2) Expensive

    3) Data locked into their proprietary format.
There is no way to export your data to some other format (e.g., Excel) for
further analysis. It's locked into the PC Coach database.

    Hey Gary,
Yeah, I did try a google search first, but most of the information was
years old so I was hoping to get some perspectives on more recent
    versions of the product.

Well, I don't think they've updated much in the product in the last few
years. The link for bikeforums.net contained some info from a guy who was
using the latest version with a Polar HRM, and he had quite a few specific
comments about what he liked and didn't like about the software.
