Agreed - lifebans are the only ultimate deterrent.

I believe that it is the only way to fix the problem other than just legalizing everything, which appears to be the preferred method at DP.

Legalizing everything has at least 2 big problems:

• it's like to open a new Coliseum with riders as gladiator ready to die to receive famous and money...
  
• in many countries, medicines are regulated, there is no reason to permit it for riders, even with doctor agreements who are linked with their Hippocratyc oath.
