Well, I'll break from tradition and use some good etiquette, just this once 😄 oooops, I just used an emoticon...bad etiquette.
My name is Dave, I live in the woods of northern California, I am in my 40s and slowly getting back in shape, just in time for my rapidly diminishing mental faculties to really have a ball with this rediscovery of the mountain biking thing.
The Giant Iguana should be here tomorrow (you should have heard the howls of laughter at the office when I asked about a Giant Iguana over the telephone:
me " hello, i'm looking for a Giant Iguana, 19 inches, with discs"
the bike shop: "well, we only have a 17 inch in stock right now"
me "will that fit me, my inseam is 31" )
It only got better from there. Its fun getting a little older, and caring a lot less!
