What is really interesting that the Spanish federation sued the Madrid court in order to force them to give out the documents. The Spanish federation is considering to close the cases against their riders because the judge made comments about the case, it's expected that the Spanish federation will lose and won't get the additional documents.

In other news the CPA (riders organisation) voted (all a yes 100%) against the code of conduct. The riders demand that no more riders are suspended just becuase of allegatons and say it doesn't work anyway since some riders are allowed to race others are not.
