  1. I have many drills for the upper body but the kick needs some work. One of my drills is leaning on
my chest in the water to "make my butt bouyant" as the TI peeps would say, but I don't have any
other drills. I heard a kickboard isn't real realistic since it creates drag. I have used a tube
under my torso but my feet feel too high.

Do you use a kickboard? or a long tube? how is best? leaning on the board from the armpits to
    grabbing the ends?

Do you wear fins? short or long? swim on your side?

Do you have a drill where you count how many kicks per stroke? 2? 4? 6?

I really need some concrete drills. The TI site said to practice without a kickboard to lean on my
chest to lift my butt and to rotate my head when breathing but my kick feels like it needs work
itself and I really would like to know how many kicks per stroke and if anyone counts this a drill.
    any suggestions?
