Ended up with enough mixture for a large 23cm square one and a loaf.
The loaf is now all gone!!
The SO, up till this time an avowed anti-fruit cake person, has had more
than her share!!
Further tastes were given to our resident restaurant owners who also
declared it the best they've tasted!!
So now there's only the big one left, and that is safely wrapped in the
baking paper it was cooked in, with alfoil enclosing the lot, and is stored
on the bottom of the pantry where it will 'rest' till Christmas time.
