a month or so ago a friend calls me up asking all kinds of questions about the BigHit vs SGS. I gave
him my $.02. A couple weeks later after he checks out the two bikes at a LBS and calls me back with
even more questions. I give him another $.02. Another week passes till he calls me again, this time
it's a conference call with another friend......"Dudes, you need not worry about me anymore. I now
have a shinny, bright red BigHit right here in my bedroom!" This guy was riding a Jeep and was lest
likely out of our group to ever purchase a new bike, let alone a DH rig.
Another friend calls me up last night. He's the one I usually go DH'ing with and the one that
convinced me to buy my first MTB about 3 yrs ago instead of a road bike.
Friend: Bro, you won't believe what I just did. Slacker: You finally got your wife pregnant? Friend:
That's not funny. I just bought two rode bikes at SuperGo. Slacker: Sheesh, what for?
Now if they would just finish up the Carson velodrome, so I could get that track bike going.
