I just read an article on espn.com (I think) not too long ago about some of the extra-curricular activities that occur in the Olympic Village post-competition (many athletes are done within a few days but remain in the Village until the end). Being three sheets to the wind was probably the mildest. Apparently the IOC even pre-orders some 100,000 condoms (no typo there) to hand out as needed...
