  1. Well, ate a lot, too scared to weigh myself. I had Turkey, the yummiest
mashed potatoes in the world, carrots, deviled eggs, stuffing, rolls coated
with butter, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, green bean casserole, and
chocolate pie. That's about ten pounds added on in one night right? I'm
hoping that tomorrow, since I'm planning on shopping, bathing my dog, and
maybe going to Island's of Adventure, I will lose most of that weight. 🙂
I hope you guys had more restraint that I did! 🙂

  2. sorry you felt out of control, I went with DH to his nieces, there were nice
things there to eat but now that I am doing WW it is simply not wroth it,
and what is with green bean salad, his niece and most of his family eats
everything organic/health food/ natural and still we arrive to that stuff.
Hope you feel better soon, Lee

  4. Hi Robin, most important about eating on Thanksgiving is "No guilt and move
on". Get back OP and you will be JUST FINE! 🙂
