He may have a reason, but I can't figure it out. It is
generally bad form to post "test" messages to Usenet
newsgroups (except for special groups like alt.test). Maybe
these test are related to the unicyclist.com forum side of
the picture, but there's a test forum there, too.

In any case, a quick explanation and apology for the
intrusion might have headed off the responses [hint, hint].
