Relax, we all saw your question about the bar-cons. I simply don't have a good
answer for you. This isn't a super answer machine that spits out an instant
response to your questions. Unless the answer is 42, in which case it will take
    awhile to formulate the question.

  3. relax? who's not relaxed?

if you had taken half a second to guess why it was posted several
times...you might have guessed "hey....maybe this guy is confused about
why his post took two days to show up. it's never taken this long in
the past. typically it takes two reloads of the newsgroup and the
    subject will appear."

when i posted the second time....i did a test....the test showed up
after two reloads of the newsgroup. but it seemed that anytime barcon
was in the subject line. nothing showed within 1 minute after
    submiting it.

so i just changed the subject.

    anyway, thanks for the....uh....help.

I did take that half a second to guess, perhaps 4 or 5 seconds would've gotten a
better guess. Usually, that sort of multiple posts with subject changes, then
test message pattern belongs to kids used to chat rooms and such. So I
    misunderestimated you.

Message propogation was badly screwed up this weekend it apparently affected
    everyone.
