Hi all!
So I am relatively new to competitive cycling. I have a quick question. After long rides I tend feel tension in me elbows. Is this normal for having ridden in the drops or on the hoods as a new experience? Most of the time I stay on the hoods. Do I just have to get used to this new aerodynamioc position?

Work on your core muscles (lower back and abs) as this helps a lot in keeping the upper body upright, therefore, puts less stress on the arms.

It could be that you need to gert used to it but worth checking fit.A cm or so make a lot of diference.
