sure he can, not in the direct sun,,, that would broil him

That takes a lot of water, a few gallons a day in some
conditions.

also relative humidity is a huge factor... at 120 and 100% rh
you can sweat but wont evaporate so you would be cooked meat,
In deserts 120 is with very low humidity so cooling by
perspiration works real well.

Check the max number though mine here was a guess.
