Tektro RX2 - cable tension adjustment?

Hi All, I'm thinking of using the Tektro RX2 together with the Dia-Compe 287V. My doubt is: will I have a hard time adjusting cable tension with such a setup? (I know that the Dia-Compes allow cable tension adjustment, but will this work with the Tektros, or interfere with it?) Thank you, Jose B. Ruivo
