You can report this blog as having "objectionable content" by simply
clicking on the button labeled "Flag" near the upper right hand corner of
the web page. If enough folks do this, Google may pull this idiot's blog.

The spamming itself can also be reported to the bloghosting division
at Google via [email hidden], and to the ISP via which he gets
connectivity at [email hidden] (though this latter item could
change if he varies his access method).

Reporting the content as "objectionable" is unlikely to get him
sanctioned IMO, though it's certainly worth a try since unless he has
changed since the one time I actually fell for his spam, the content
is nasty drivel. OTOH, reporting the spamming might get him tossed
off blogspot for violating the TOS. Unfortunately, reporting the
spamming via [email hidden] or [email hidden] won't get the
spam report into the right hands.

Correction: [email hidden] for the access point issue.
