  1. I have never seen so many awful crashes as this year. It's probably because the TV-crews show it all in their gory glory... but I am wondering where the TdF is going to at this rate.

  2. There's always crashes and falls in the early stages of the tour, everyone is nervous and that's what happens. I think we all remember stage 1 from last year. Anyways, there was rain during the first stage, and also the TTT, and stage 3 was just asking for crashes as the peloton screamed forward warily to the cobblestone sections

    Yes, it does seem there are more crashes, but it's not as if it's a continuing trend for the future, they're all for legitimate reasons.

  3. bike racing = crashes
    high stakes = nervous riders = crashes

    Things will settle down in the coming days.....don't stress about the fate of the Tour. 🙂
