    I'm impressed that I'm just about average height, weight,
    respiratory capacity, and resting heart rate. now if i could
    just get my road racing up to spec...

    I was thinking the same thing (I'm 1.78m, 69.2kg, resting HR
    a little under 50). I guess the fact my blood pressure tends
    to be a little higher than that is the reason I can't ride
    like Lance... ;-)
