I live about as far away from the Tour as you can get (in fact if you when any further you'd be going back). There is no TV or radio coverage in this part of the world so I rely heavily on the web for information.
What are the best sites for Tour stuff (please post the links)? Don't worry about streaming video or audio - bandwidth here is VERY low.
