Polar have published the HR stats for the 2003 TdF.
Teams that use the Polar equipment have had the info put on the web.

I have been away for a while, so not sure if anyone has posted this.
You may also notice that David Millar has been taken off the Cofidis section already!! This doesn't look good for him.
