Seems way later than last year, but the official site, www.letour.fr, now
has the detailed route information and times up. The site is pretty slow at
the moment; I imagine they're getting hit pretty hard.
Interestingly, the first rider up Alpe d'Huez isn't until 14:00/2pm.
