I had an email today asking if my school would be prepared to host the TdF Cycle Roadshow on 15th March.
I had no hesitation in saying yes. Now it's just wait and see if we've been selected.
The TdF Cycle Roadshow lorry will be open to the public in Southwalk on 10th March. I expect John Hearns will know something about that as it's his patch.

Not particularly I'm afraid. They did come to Surrey Quays shopping centre recently. I have also seen it in Oxford Street, during the no-traffic day. What they seem to do is set up two sets of rollers, and let two people race up a simulated Ale d' Huez stage. People hand out leaflets publicising the stage, plus lapel badges. You can sign up as a volunteer marshall too.
