  1. I have 3 targets set this year, all are TT based:
    10miles: <22:00 (current PB is 22:52)
    25miles: <57:00 (current PB is 1:00:08)
    50miles: <2hrs (current PB is 2:08:04)

    What I would like to know is whether I should prioritise the order in which I do them? It has ocurred to me that if I start the season with too much emphasis on the short distance(10 mile) training, it might be detrimental to then go and try for longer distance targets, and/or vice-versa.

    I'm interested to hear any comments and experiences about this matter.
