Hello all. I have not posted on this site before, so greetings. Can
anyone tell me where the best place to get information/purchase a
tandem in NSW is? I live in Newcastle, and civic cycles used to build
them, but I think they've changed hands. I am after a mountain bike
based design rather than road as we ride a fair bit on fire trails. I
want it to be suitable for the occasional tour, and to be able to fit
?kiddee cranks? for the back rider so kids of various leg length can
be accomodated.
Also,I usually tow a BOB trailer when touring - would this be possible
with a tandem?(I can't see why not unless there is a difference in the
wheel design that would make the axle too wide for the BOB.) Does
anyone have experience with this?
