Tamarind Chutney

1/4 cup tamarind pulp
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp cayenne
2 Tbsp boiling water
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients with about 2 Tbsp boiling water.
Whisk until sugar is dissolved. Serve warm or let cool and refrigerate.
