Tall Quill Stem With Faceplate

Try a Kalloy adjustable stem. Best place to get them is from a.e. bike

). The stem requires a bar diameter of 25.4. a.e. bike also has good
prices on Nitto or Dimension bars in 25.4 diameter. This stem has a
fairly long shaft and lots of adjustment. Best of luck.

Profile H20 as a fairly tall quill and faceplate, but is not as tall as a Nitto.

Bike nashbar sells an adapter that lets you use any "thgreadless" style
MTB stem.

Others might have a similar product if you don't like Nashbar. I use
this on My tourer so I can use a removeable faceplate stem, as it makes
packing the bike so much easier.

If you need more height, buy a stem that has an angle and install it so
it slopes upward.
