i'm 6'4" any suggestions? good road bike frame, i just got back into riding after 20+ years. i love my cannondale Quick 5(jumbo) frame had it for 4 months. can I get away with a 60cm frame? aluminum or carbon fibre? i ride about 16 to 20 kms a day..

I am also 6'4" and I ride a 59 cm frame, but not all men are created equal.
You cannot fit someone to a bike based on their height alone, so I suggest if you want to make a decent investment you should have a bike fitted to you by someone who knows what they're doing. Not some bozo clowns on the internet.😉 -
