  1. Hi all!

    I just bought rollers and I think I managed to adjust it properly (the front one).

    Must the roller be under the vertical centre of the wheel or a bit forward....???

  2. Math -

    The axel of your front wheel should be very slightly forward over the axis of the roller. Hence in answer to your question the roller should be a bit backward!

    I hope you like your rollers - I brought a set of Tacx's and there are in my garage gathering dust. The turbo is 1,000x better.

    I recently bought a set of Kreitler rollers which are similar to Tacxs and the proper set up is "the axle of the front roller should be just forward of the axle of the front wheel of your bicycle [ not to exceed 3/4" ]. Kreitler gives training tips on their site www.kreitler.com/rolltips.htm
