TA Cyclo Triple bolts ?

How long are the TA cyclo-ish triple bolts (actually, the sleeves)
from inner shoulder to end? Do they normally come up flush with the
face of the middle chainwheel when assembled with spacers?

I have an "interesting" existing TA setup and I am trying to figure
out if the sleeves used are triples (and thereby figure out if I need
to order some additional bolts from Sheldon).
