allow me to reccomend campmor's trail mail for winter riding clothing
bargains
and the performance duofold t-rides cool but stopped at 120 degree
surface temp-the torso is cooler than bare arms in the sunlight!

we ran hi viz on memorial day. coming down the intercoastal bridge
going the wrong way at 30 mph had the traffic flow move left for me!!
the hot weather t does not protect from salt water marsh mosquitoes.
testing the varitec dufold T's available from Campmor-
90-100 degrees ( ina 15-20 mph breeze off course!! wondering about
pedestrian health/)
cool enough. no prostration in sight!
then thunderstorms in fro the gulf of m
soaked and cooling.
in cotton thie cooling is uncomfortable, the range from the 90 to the
thunderwater without insolation is cold!!
the varitec? the torso stays warm. the shirt dries quickly. the body
slowly goes back and forth hot-cold-hot pleasantly. no problem.
extremes? huddling under a wal mart paint tarp $1
while big thunder squalls thru in a wet varitec long sleeve over top a
short sleever gives a warm coat effect while soaked.
really plush upscale comfy.
and rememember to find nylon pants for the pack
not only are you more comfortable but there are considerable energy
savings over 50 miles with a hot cold hot cycle impact!
