You'd have to think that if they could get a real strategy and two of them would sacrafice totally for the third. I mean really attack, to the point that it puts 2 of them out of contention, that the 3rd man might acutally be able to pull it off. Especially with the way DSC is looking in terms of support.
Then you wake up and realize they are probably going to F it all up again anyway.

It's too early for that. Maybe in the last couple mountain stages, but not so soon.

It might be very good strategy. Three attacking Armstrong can wear him down. do this a few days in a row and add some attacks from other teams and this could prove devastating for Discovery. I am wondering if Discovery was not just doing a bit of resting today to prepare for tomorrows anticipated attacks.
Today clearly demonstrated that there are several serious CG contenders in this race. The race has begun.

It's really painful.
Ullrich was showing better form today, though, and finished higher than Lance- maybe he's recovering from his crash in time for the mountains. Who knows, maybe the Bambino curse won't happen this time- hopefully it won't take 80 fycking years!
