  1. Hi, I want to change from a BB mounted Derailleur to a tube mounted one, will I get a BB with a Mount for a derailleur or not? Will this make the chainset sit closer to the frame?

Your decision, but seat tube mounted FDs are the most common and therefore have availability as an advantage.
Spacers are available to assist you in attaining the proper chainline. You will likely need a spacer of the same thickness as your former FD mount.
You will need to look over your frame and other fittings to see why the OEM made the choice to start with.
