I plan to use speedo fastskin (high neck) in upcoming
meet. Should I use it for warm-up and race? Would it be
better to use a separate suit for warm-up and the fastskin
for the heats?

if you're comfortable wearing them for races (ie have worn
one before) warm up in a regular suit and lengthen its
lifespan. if you're a fast-suit virgin however, might pay to
swim in it for a while to get used to it, but do that before
the meet - keep it dry and clean for your race. always wash
it off immediately - don't hang around the deck sitting in
it and chatting, playing euchre etc longer than you have to.
expect to get more races out of it this way."JF" <[email hidden]> wrote in message
