  1. I posted a while back about waiting on my order because i was looking
forward to using it in recipes. I posted a chess pie and faux tapioca
recipe. I just wanted to say it works GREAT in every recipe i tried so far.
I love it and hope we can continue to get it. I've even started drinking
coffee again. Shipping was quick and order was handled promptly.

Are you willing to post the faux tapioca recipe?

  3. Have you found that the instructions for sugar conversion are out of whack?
For example, it says that 1 drop equals 1.5 teaspoons sugar. Then it says
that 25 drops or 1/4 teaspoon equals 1 cup sugar. But that doesn't add up
    for me.
1 cup of sugar is 16 tablespoons which is 48 teaspoons which works out to
    32 drops.
I've made a couple of recipes based on 1/4 teaspoon (or 25 drops) equaling
1 cup sugar and they aren't as sweet as they should have been.
